I've always loved the essence of things! Whether it be a conversation, perfume, character, art, food! I adore the unseen makings of things that touch my senses. Just yesterday my dearest friend had an overnight get together. We went wine tasting up the coast in Santa Barbara then went back to her home and she made a midnight dinner! In the morning she prepared whole grain pancakes and eggs with thyme! I'm going to write about this below in more depth but my point is...I can't stop reliving that essence of thyme in those eggs!!! Just as I can 't stop reliving the essence of the spices in the last wine I tasted, or Hawaii or hundreds of other experiences! It facinates me that the experiences I have with wine reaches from centuries back to what exists in the soil today that feeds the grapes to toasting friendships and sharing eggs with thyme!

Rewards

Hi winers! I haven't posted in a while but I have some good news! I started Weight Watchers and my best friend told me that for every five pounds I loose we will go wine tasting! She has a great collection right now from the Summerland Winery which will be perfect for when we make gourmet dinners at home but I'm looking forward to going wine tasting too! So, get ready for some new stories because when we do an adventure we do it with whole heart!s We make great stories and memories because we always interact on high levels so as to suck the marrow from  experience! We are also planning a trip up the coast to get some wonderful autumn pictures which I will be posting! Until then....Beautiful Life!
